Having a pirate party? You may have some fun games planned like walking the plank or pin the patch. But here’s one more game you can play that will be a winner!

Earn your Captain Hook Badge with this nautical version of ring toss. You won’t be able to stop playing once you start.

For this DIY game, you need:

• Black poster board
• Red construction papaer
• Thick white sharpie
• Glue
• 3 plastic pirate hooks
• Plastic rings

Cut red rectangles from the construction paper to create a trail, and the x marks the spot. Next, glue on the hooks. Finally, add some sort of game name (see example below) with the white sharpie. Once you’ve got the board set up, you’re ready to play!

Pro tip: you can also mark an X where the player should stand, if you’d like.
