A113

The magic lies in the details for Disney, and that’s just as true for Pixar! The animation studio is known for hiding easter eggs in their films, including this sneaky number: A113.

So what is this mysterious number?

A113 is a classroom at the California Institute of the Arts. This room was home to first year graphic design and character animation, which means many of Pixar’s animators (and Disney!) learned their craft behind that door.

How many A113s can you find in Pixar and Disney movies? Hint: they’re starting to sneak into some super hero flicks too!).
