Wisdom From Mulan

Mulan is an incredible Disney movie; it has an intense plot, a brave heroine, beautiful scenery, a terrifying villain, and of course, hilarious sidekicks. But the movie also has some wisdom tucked between the action sequences and punchlines. Here are a few of our favorite lines from this 1998 Disney classic.

“The flower that blooms in diversity is the most rare and¬†beautiful of all.”

The Emperor

“Listen to your teacher and no fightin’, play nice with the other kids, unless, of course, one of the other kids wanna fight, then you have to kick the other kid’s butt.”

Mushu

“No matter how the wind howls, the mountain cannot bow to it.”

The Emperor

“Once you find your center, you are sure to win.”

Li Shang

“A single grain of rice can tip the scale. One man may be the difference between victory and defeat.”

The Emperor
